Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic shipments (United States): 3 to 7 business days

  • International shipments: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package online.

Taxes and Customs

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue.

At Oro Luxe Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or engraved jewelry items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs
