FAQ Settings
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at oroluxeco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs may apply.
Customized or engraved items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.
All our products come with certificates of authenticity when applicable, especially for diamond jewelry and branded watches. You can also request additional verification or appraisal documentation by contacting us.
